Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for billing services.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Client Obligations
To receive our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information related to patient details and billing.
- Maintain necessary authorisations to allow Medi Elves to submit claims on your behalf.
- Notify Medi Elves promptly of any changes to relevant information or regulations.
- Comply with all Medicare, DVA, TAC, and private health fund rules regarding claims and billing.
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed in the service agreement.
Use of Services
- Services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use Medi Elves for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
- You acknowledge that Medi Elves does not guarantee claim acceptance or payment by insurers or government bodies.
- Medi Elves may suspend or terminate services if fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is suspected.
Fees and Payment
- Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or quotations.
- All payments must be made promptly in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Medi Elves reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1988 and Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002.
- Medi Elves implements strict security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected data breach or unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in our website content, software, and services remain the property of Medi Elves or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medi Elves excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract.
- Medi Elves may terminate or suspend services immediately for breach of these Terms or illegal conduct.
- Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.

Medi Elves reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
