Client Obligations

To receive our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information related to patient details and billing.
• Maintain necessary authorisations to allow Medi Elves to submit claims on your behalf.
• Notify Medi Elves promptly of any changes to relevant information or regulations.
• Comply with all Medicare, DVA, TAC, and private health fund rules regarding claims and billing.
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed in the service agreement.

Use of Services

• Services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use Medi Elves for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• You acknowledge that Medi Elves does not guarantee claim acceptance or payment by insurers or government bodies.
• Medi Elves may suspend or terminate services if fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Fees and Payment

• Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or quotations.
• All payments must be made promptly in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Medi Elves reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1988 and Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002.
